It is a simple yet powerful way to re-wire the brain through the intelligence of the heart &#8211; and it works. <\/em><\/strong><\/p>&#13;\n<p data-start=\"552\" data-end=\"840\">The method is based on established, published science in neuroscience, psychobiology, and heart research, but what is unique is <em data-start=\"684\" data-end=\"698\">how I use it<\/em>. Most people believe the mind alone can solve stress and anxiety. Awareness<\/strong><br data-start=\"2727\" data-end=\"2730\"\/>Notice when stress or disharmony begins\u2014punishing thoughts, anxiety, reactive emotions. These can trigger a self-feeding stress loop (Limbic Stress Auto-loop, LSA). By becoming aware early, you can stop the cycle before it drains your energy.<\/p>&#13;\n<p data-start=\"2976\" data-end=\"3053\"><strong data-start=\"2976\" data-end=\"3008\">Step 2. Annul the Reactivity<\/strong><br data-start=\"3008\" data-end=\"3011\"\/>Use your willpower to break the pattern:<\/p>&#13;\n<ul>&#13;\n<li data-start=\"3056\" data-end=\"3095\">Say out loud: <em data-start=\"3070\" data-end=\"3093\">\u201cStop, stop, let go.\u201d<\/em><\/li>&#13;\n<li data-start=\"3098\" data-end=\"3329\">As you say this, cross and re-cross your arms in front of your chest, then drop them by your sides.<br data-start=\"3197\" data-end=\"3200\"\/>Crossing the body\u2019s midline shifts your energy and release negative, stuck memories\/energy, like the<a href=\"https:\/\/www.emdr.com\/what-is-emdr\/\"> EMDR-metho<\/a>d does. This interrupts and breaks the stress pattern (especially the LSA). Repeat 4\u20136 times until the emotional charge diminishes.<\/li>&#13;\n<li data-start=\"3098\" data-end=\"3329\">If you are at work on in a public place, try to find a private or secluded space to do this. The rest room might be a good place.<\/li>&#13;\n<\/ul>&#13;\n<p data-start=\"3331\" data-end=\"3517\"><strong data-start=\"3331\" data-end=\"3366\">Step 3. Activate Deep Breathing<\/strong><br data-start=\"3366\" data-end=\"3369\"\/>Close your eyes and place the left hand\u2019s middle fingers on the pit of the lower part of the breast bone (sternum). Press that point lightly and massage it softly, because it immediately activates deep breathing. Hold for about half a minute while taking a few deep abdominal breaths using nasal respiration. This calms the system.\u00a0<\/p>&#13;\n<p data-start=\"3519\" data-end=\"3841\"><strong data-start=\"3519\" data-end=\"3555\">Step 4. Activate the Vagus Nerve<\/strong><br data-start=\"3555\" data-end=\"3558\"\/>Place the fingertips of your left hand on the base of your neck, and your right hand lightly on your abdomen. Inhale to a slow count of seven, exhale to a count of ten\u2014through the nose only. This activates the vagus nerve, calms the gut-brain (ENS), and soothes the nervous system.<\/p>&#13;\n<p data-start=\"3843\" data-end=\"4185\"><strong data-start=\"3843\" data-end=\"3881\">Step 5. Access Instant Heart Power<\/strong><br data-start=\"3881\" data-end=\"3884\"\/>Move your awareness to your heart and silently repeat five positive and kind words such as: <em data-start=\"3929\" data-end=\"3965\">peace, love, joy, harmony, safety, happiness, content, joy\u201d. You can choose five words and repeat them, saying them silently inside for a few minutes. <\/em>This breaks the limbic stress loop and shifts your body into bliss mode.<\/p>&#13;\n<p data-start=\"3843\" data-end=\"4185\">To anchor this new state, lightly touch your cheek in front of the ear with all five fingers\u2014like pressing \u201center\u201d on your brain\u2019s hard drive.<\/p>&#13;\n<p data-start=\"4187\" data-end=\"4368\"><strong data-start=\"4187\" data-end=\"4219\">Step 6. Acknowledge Yourself<\/strong><br data-start=\"4219\" data-end=\"4222\"\/>Give yourself a hug and smile. Thank yourself for choosing calm and harmony. This reinforces the new pathway with self-love and positive reward.<\/p>&#13;\n<p data-start=\"4187\" data-end=\"4368\">\u00a0<\/p>&#13;\n<hr data-start=\"4370\" data-end=\"4373\"\/>&#13;\n<h3 data-start=\"4375\" data-end=\"4402\">Why Repetition Matters<\/h3>&#13;\n<p data-start=\"4403\" data-end=\"4670\">Each time you practice Blissful Body, you are creating new neural pathways\u2014literally rewiring your brain. Like any muscle, the brain strengthens what you train.
