
5 things that are changing the world
Here are five things and actions that you can do now, and every day going forward that will inevitably change the world. Because what you feed grows – we get more of it. It all starts with you. Do one thing when you wake up in the morning and another before you go to sleep, and a few during the day. It’s simple and takes a little time, but gives back many times over!

1. feed bliss, not stress!
Choose not to be stressed, worried and afraid and choose calm, peace and serenity every day – Bliss. Because if we don’t make that choice, everything continues as it is, feeding stress, anxiety, uncertainty, contradictions, conflicts and chaos. Because it’s been a great control tool for a long time – because it makes people passive.
Only we ourselves can see through this and change it. Choose something that is better for ourselves and thereby our environment and our own future!
When we humans choose to transition to living in the bliss body that we are designed to be in, we will find our way back to true human values again. They are love, community, joy, cooperation, longevity, coherence, synergism, caring, sharing and generosity. It is a huge, untapped power that will soon be unleashed, and it is on its way.

2. practicing kindness every day.
It is doing something that makes life easier for other people. A kind gesture, a smile, a helping hand, offering to do something for someone else. It is true compassionate behavior.
This is simply because kind words breed kindness and positive emotions. An empathetic approach and a few kind words can change your mood. Good actions and deeds also improve your mental health, research shows.
Kindness is love in action. It is that simple. Practice it every day and both your own and others’ reality will change! Read more about kindness.
3. do 20 minutes of breath-focused relaxation every day.
The more conscious breathing you do, the more alert you will be and the better you will feel! Our breathing rhythm is the process that has the greatest impact on our body. If you want more energy, improving your breathing is the best way!
Most people over-breathe, through the mouth, when there are significant health improvements by constantly breathing through the nose. So by stopping and sitting down or lying on the bed and relaxing with a focused, deep breathing meditation makes a big difference to your own wellbeing!

4. take at least one inner well-being shower every day!
It is thinking about or doing an action that creates spontaneous feelings of pleasure within you! Because it brings an inner shower of well-being, warmth and light joy. It could be dancing, cycling, sailing, laughing with friends, eating well with loved ones – whatever it is for you! And you only need to think about it to feel pleasure!
Dopamine, oxytocin, testosterone and beta-endorphin are important hormones for satisfaction and pleasure, and you can trigger their release by thinking about something or someone that makes you happy. And do something every day that energizes the spontaneous desire and joy that lives within us! It’s simple, just remember it and do it.

5. Write down 5 things you are grateful for
Being grateful is a vitamin injection for the joy of life. It may sound trivial, but it works well. Therefore, make it a good habit to end the day by writing down every evening five things you are grateful for, that exist and work in your life. It’s easy to get stuck on problems otherwise…
The more we appreciate what we have, the greater the joy and well-being we will attract and experience.
Therefore, start by valuing and appreciating what you already have in your life and within yourself. By seeing and feeling gratitude for all the good things you have around you, you also increase your capacity to love, because the heart expands. Gratitude thus also helps the heart to expand its energy, to open up more and more.
By feeling and expressing gratitude for what is good right now, you experience more joy, gratitude and trust – both in yourself and in life.
Instead of living with a sense of constant lack and inadequacy, feelings of gratitude enrich life and make everything easier. It opens up something completely new.
Summing up
The better relationship we have with ourselves, the better relationship we can have with others. This is because we are more in touch with ourselves, with who we are inside with our feelings and needs, and therefore more in touch with our own energy.
So make sure you feel good, respect yourself and do what you can to enjoy life. It is a gift to yourself and to everyone you meet. And it’s the best way to build good relationships with others too! These five simple exercises will guide you on that path.
So any change is up to us now, where we choose to put our thoughts and actions. Which is the same as our consciousness. That is, our great power. It’s time to use it now, fully. And it’s easier than you think…
