11 tips for better self-healing

Your body is a self-calibrating organismbut for this to work we need to give the body pause and space for self-healing! Self-healing is naturally innate in all biological beings, and involves the body repairing itself, constantly removing what doesn’t work and building new ones. When you provide the right conditions for self-healing, it takes care of itself!

Here are 11 great ways to stimulate your self-healing power and boost your immune strength, so you have better resilience – whatever happens.

1. Raise your energy level

in different ways, as low energy levels cause your self-healing to malfunction and communication between cells to falter. Energy is increased when you exercise, breathe deeply, rest/meditate, laugh, eat nutrient-dense and high-fat foods and take supplements. Social stimulation is important, socializing with people you like, and doing fun things together.

2. avoid unnecessary strain

Avoid toxins by eating organic and avoiding all processed industrial food because it causes inflammation. Detoxification – or detox – is actually a very energy-intensive process because the molecules have to be built up to be taken out of the body, so the less toxin load and inflammation in thebody – the more energy and power your body will have for an even better self-healing power.

3. Optimize the functioning of the gut

A full 80 percent of the body’s immune system is in the abdomen, around the intestines. So avoid foods that stress or trigger allergies, and replenish with healthy gut bacteria (probiotics) every day. An abundant and healthy gut flora is important for good nutrient absorption. Because your gut flora friends help you process and absorb nutrients, and good bacteria produce nutrients for you. And you are not what you eat, but what your body absorbs. It can be a good idea to flush your gut for a month with a couple of Salt Water Flushers, if you already have a reasonably healthy lifestyle.

4. Eat more fat

Humans are the most fat-dependent species with our sensitive nervous system, and our ancestors ate far more high-fat foods. Comparing the content of the modern diet with that of indigenous populations, they consumed at least four times as much animal fat and ten times more fat-soluble vitamins.

Signs of fat deficiency include dry skin, easy eczema, brittle nails, hair loss, low energy and enthusiasm, irritability and poor sleep. We need fat to function well, build nerves, and keep cell membranes and mucous membranes intact. Cell communication is via receptors located in cell membranes, which are almost exclusively made of fat (lipids). Cell communication and mental stability depend on plenty of natural fats, including ghee (clarified butter) and especially fish oil (omega-3 fatty acids). But avoid all industrially processed fats, and especially industrial trans fats.

5. fasting regularly

In fact, water fasting – therapeutic fasting – is the main factor of our self-healing power! It cleanses deeply, and helps the cells empty out toxins and renew themselves. That’s what research, my experience and the experience of many say. We humans have been walking upright for six million years, and our ancestors have been hunter-gatherers for 98.5% of that time. Of course, food was scarce from time to time, and starvation – or fasting – was a natural feature that made us evolutionarily selected to cope with being without food for long periods of time. moreover, it is the only way to activate the deepest self-healing! The main benefits of fasting:

  • activates autophagy (deep cleaning of the body)
  • generates new stem cells that repair damaged tissue
  • provides high production of GH, growth hormone and NGH for the brain that rejuvenates and improves
  • strengthens self-healing tremendously, it is #1 to activate your inner doctor or healer!

Fasting is superior for stimulating the forces of healing – self-healing!

6. breathe in energy and calm

Breathing is central to well-being because it affects almost every other function of the body. By practicing deep breathing, you can steer your body in a positive and relaxing direction. Breathing with slow, deep breaths changes the electrical activity of the brain from the stimulating beta waves to the calming alpha waves. It also changes the brain’s perception of stress and pain, making us more tolerant and less agitated. Read about Conscious Breathing.

7. Find your sources of power

We are different and appreciate different things. It can be music, singing, dancing, talking, children, theater, reading books, nature, travel, sports, dinners, cooking, meaningful work, and more. Find five things that make you happy, and thus raise your energy, and make sure to do them often. Fill up with good energy in this way, preferably every day.

Our natural state is to be healthy, and healing is therefore natural.”from The Self-Healing Human, 1999

8. Focus on one task at a time

Get focused and clear about what you want to do. Avoid getting distracted – because you can only think about one thing at a time. When you focus on a task, energy flows, perhaps not immediately but after a short period of concentration. The trick is to hold your attention long enough for this to happen. In today’s society, we need to practice this. Focusing the energy

9. Household with your energy

Decide for yourself who and what should get your energy. Take care of yourself, it’s self-love. Sometimes it’s a good idea to hold back a little and rest in yourself. You don’t have to be everywhere and do so much. Don’t carry other people’s burdens either, because nothing is as draining as carrying other people’s problems and that’s not the way to help anyone.AVOID energy vampires are more important than anything else. The only one you can change is yourself, so let go of others and let them be who they are. List of the seven most common energy thieves.

10. Find your power point

You may already have your favorite place in nature, in a café, in the quiet corner of your home, or somewhere else where you feel energized and at peace. Visit your power spot often to rest and re-energize, go often to recharge yourself, balance and land… A short time can give a lot back.
