HOW TO STOP an Oncoming Stroke
Is it possible? Yes — and it can save lives.
(This is supportive knowledge only — stroke is always a medical emergency requiring immediate hospital care.)
Here’s a real example. My friend Darren sent me a photo of his 75-year-old dad’s arms — covered in large bruises. I told him it looked like clogged blood vessels and advised a few key supplements (shown on the left side of the image).
Luckily, Darren bought them right away.
The very next day, his dad started showing clear stroke symptoms — shaking badly while sitting in front of the TV. Darren immediately gave him the recommended supplements, and the symptoms cleared within minutes. His dad simply went back to watching sports — a close call that could have ended very differently.
Another example: last week I suddenly got a splitting headache on the upper left side of my skull. I never get headaches — they’re a sign of toxicity — but since I had a sunstroke in 2020 and a minor hemorrhage in that same spot, I became concerned. I took the same acute supplements and added the temporal-pressure breathing technique (please see below).
Within minutes, the pain was completely gone — and it never returned.
Could this also work for migraines?
Possibly! Someone with experience of migraines could test and share results. I haven’t had any in 35 years — ever since I changed my diet.
First Signs of Stroke – Natural Supports
Useful for first signs of an ischemic stroke (not hemorrhagic), certain natural compounds may help by improving circulation, reducing clotting, stabilizing vessels, and lowering oxidative stress.
(Always seek emergency care! These can support while waiting for help)

IMMEDIATE ACTIONS TAKE
- Cayenne pepper (1/4–1/2 tsp or a bit oil) → improves circulation, blood thinning
- Vitamin C (2–5 g) → antioxidant, vascular protection
- Black seed oil → anti-inflammatory, vasoprotective
- Water + sea salt → rehydration, electrolyte balance
Additional Support:
- Magnesium (300–500 mg) → relaxes vessels, lowers pressure
- Nattokinase (2000–4000 FU) → natural clot-busting enzyme
- Ginkgo biloba (120–240 mg) → improves cerebral blood flow
- Curcumin (500–1000 mg) → anti-inflammatory, anti-clot
- Taurine (1–3 g) → stabilizes vascular tone, heart rhythm
- Omega-3 (2–3 g) → blood fluidity, vessel protection
- CoQ10 (100–300 mg) → antioxidant, neuroprotection

How to Do Temporal-Pressure Breathing
A simple and powerful technique to improve circulation and calm the nervous system.
- Place your fingertips together on both hands, and find the small soft dent on each side of your head — just above the cheekbones (the temporal area).
- Press in firmly with your fingertips as you breathe out.
- Release the pressure gently as you breathe in.
- Continue pressing firmly on both sides each time you exhale.
- Repeat at least ten times, or longer if needed.
You can easily perform this on someone else if they’re unable to do it themselves.
It supports blood flow, helps relax vessels, and brings more oxygen to the brain.
✨ If you or someone close to you is in a risk zone, it’s wise to keep a small emergency kit of the recommended natural products with you — just in case.
Emergency ⚠️ vs prevention
- These can be supportive if someone is at very early signs (tingling, transient weakness, vision changes, slurred speech, TIA-like symptoms).
- But a stroke can escalate within minutes → emergency care is always essential.
✨ Summary:
Besides cayenne, black seed oil, vitamin C, water + salt → the most promising natural supports are magnesium, nattokinase, ginkgo, curcumin, taurine, omega-3, and CoQ10.

Natural substances with evidence for acute vascular protection
1. Magnesium (citrate, glycinate)
- Rapidly relaxes blood vessels, improves perfusion.
- Can help lower blood pressure acutely. Dose: 300–500 mg elemental magnesium.
2. Nattokinase (from fermented soybeans)
- Potent fibrinolytic enzyme → helps break down fibrin clots and improve circulation. Dose: 2000–4000 FU (fibrinolytic units).
⚠️ Do not combine with anticoagulant drugs without medical supervision.
3. Ginkgo biloba
- Improves cerebral blood flow, reduces platelet aggregation, antioxidant for neurons. Dose: 120–240 mg standardized extract.
4. Curcumin (turmeric extract, with piperine or lipid form)
- Anti-inflammatory, inhibits platelet aggregation, neuroprotective. Dose: 500–1000 mg.
5. Omega-3 fatty acids (EPA/DHA)
- Improve blood fluidity, reduce clot risk, protect vessels.
- Dose: 2–3 g/day (not immediate, but supportive in prevention).
6. Taurine
- A sulphur containing amino acid that modulates calcium flow in vascular and neuronal tissue, stabilizes blood pressure and heart rhythm. Dose: 1–3 g.
7. Coenzyme Q10 (Ubiquinol)
- Antioxidant protection for brain tissue under oxidative stress. Dose: 100–300 mg.
